Review of Operations:

Located in Downtown San Diego, Cafe Lulu is open from 10 in the morning to 2 in the evening. They are centrally located, right inside the Gaslamp District.

Cafe Lulu was using one Aloha POS terminal. The system would fail daily. The support was $125.00 per hour, and would not resolve their problems. They needed a replacement system. They also needed a second terminal, and hookah printer.

CCS Professional was decided as the Point of Sale replacement for the location.

Hardware:

They added Elo Touch Computers for both terminals, they replaced their old terminal. They added POS-X Printers for the receipt printers, and one Ethernet POS-X Printer for hookah station printer.

Resolution:

They had a menu of Coffee, Deserts and Hookah Flavors. Within a couple of hours their menu was added. They then realized they had happy hour pricing, so that was added the next day. They had over 20 hookahs but the price categories made it easy to change pricing and add happy hour pricing in.

Alcohol drinks were added to the menu. All drinks were sent to the second station located at their bar.
