Payment Processing - Point of Sale Tour
CCS offers a host of different payment processing options. These options are all easy to use and makes your store or restaurant a flexible easy way to accept payments and keep track of them.
Payments are all tracked and associated with orders. This makes for fast and convenient closing for your cashiers. You may recall payments in the office. Your cashiers may recall payments for the current day.
It's easy to make multiple payments to an order, for example, splitting payments between cash and credit, or WIC and EBT and cash
Credit Processing
Of course we include high speed processing per terminal.
We integrate with many processors. If you currently process credit cards, contact us to ensure your processor has been integrated. If you haven't, we offer several processing options. Please contact us to find out what the best solution is for you.
Debit Processing
We integrate with several different pin pad readers.
Debit sales are a great way to reduce merchant fees. Usually debit has a low percentage rate or even flat rate. We encourage you to integrate Debit into your POS if you are already using integrated Credit Card Processing.
Gift Cards and Certificates
Included in the POS System is an in-house gift card and gift certificate program. All processing is managed in house, this reduces transaction charges. Cashiers can look up balances on gift cards, merge them and more.
Return Processing
Return processing can be done at terminals. Using our returns list, you can store returns and provide customer Credit. Receipts are provided with barcodes for future credit redemption.

Cash processing is simple and straight forward
WIC and EBT Processing
We include options for WIC and EBT Processing. Keep track of your products for EBT AND WIC, and correctly calculate and offer processing for these items.
Check Processing
There are a few processing for Checks, including Check Guarantee, and Check Verification. Regardless of what method you use, CCS keeps track of check payments for payment lookup and end of day management.
