All calls are logged in through Caller ID. ustomers are discovered by their phone number, or added to the customer system database. Orders are grouped by Un Sent, Sent, Un Closed and Closed.

Drivers are assigned in order of their deliveries, so you don't over send any drivers. Drivers are listed as Out once they are assigned orders and those Orders Marked as "On Delivery." And drivers can assign a per-charge to drivers for payment as commission.

If the customer exists in the database, their previous history is easily avalible, their demographics, loyalty purchases and statistics are also right at your finger tips.
