Reseller Groups

CCS breaks up the reseller groups into three levels. Below we review the prerequisites for these programs.

Affiliate Program

Affiliates are resellers of the POS application who do not install, or provide complex support and interaction with the end users. CCS will provide the service and support to the customers, after the product kits have been provided.

In order for affiliates to meet our pre-requisites they must sell the product kits we provide, this includes software and hardware. This will ensure they provide a high quality product that meets our guidelines, and ensures customer satisfaction

Reseller Program

Resellers must have Microsoft certified or equivalent personnel. They will provide installation of the products and onsite service and support.

Resellers can use our product kits, or ones of their own choice, provided the products are included in the HCL. Hardware not in our HCL will not meet our support guidelines

Distributors

We classify Distributors as our resellers who sell to, market to and provide services and support to other resellers. They support their resellers and provide first level support to them. We are actively looking for Distributors outside of the U.S.
