Also, you can set up the pricing system to charge $20.00 for 1.1 gram, 1.2 etc. The same option can apply to variances for 3.5, 3.6. Essentially the solution can price out every increment of weight on the scale, giving you the flexibility you require. Also, you can set up the pricing system to charge $20.00 for 1.1 gram, 1.2 etc. The same option can apply to variances for 3.5, 3.6.  Once you have input the pricing for your tiers, can you assign them to the items. Because we use price categories, this is a two step procedure.  +===== Using the Tier Pricing in the POS =====
 +
+The Tier Pricing works like any other item, it is scanned from a barcode, or a button is pressed from the menu screen. The item retrieves the weight from the scale, then finds the price lookup in the Tier Pricing. The work you have just done will make your Budtenders not have to do any calculations or thinking of what item pricing is.\\
 +
+If you have done Variances, you will note by tracking your inventory, all of the items have a correct inventory count subtracted.

+This example shows the pricing of one eigth, the price rate is shown as $14.29 per gram to reach the $50.00 mark.\\
 +{{:guides:dispensary:tier:rateexample1.png|}}\\
 +
+This example shows the same item, both having different quantities. Because of the different quantities, the rates have been adjusted to reach the price points assigned.\\
