====== Oregon requirements for labels: ====== The following should be included on all products: * Name of Patient * Name of Product * Weight * THC % * CBD % * Date Sold * Batch ID * Batch Date ===== These fields are populated from the following arrangements: ===== * Patient comes from assigning a patient at the Patient check in * Name of Product is assigned when scanning a barcode or pressing the name of the item on the menu screen. * Weight is indicated from the Scale - Unless a non-weighted item, this entry must be done within the Product Name * THC %is set from the product details window or the menu layout in the Office. * CBD % is set from the product details window or the menu layout in the Office. * Date sold is the date the label is printed * Batch ID is entered from the POP Up Request when the item is scanned or pressed from the menu. * Batch Date is associated with the Batch ID for when the batch was produced. This is entered along with the Batch ID or encoded in the Batch Serial number. ===== Setup: ===== ==== Windows Printer Setup ==== Your should have a label printer installed on the POS named ‘Label’\\ The dimensions in Printer Settings Should be 2.25 X 2\\ The label printer should be default\\ ==== Lab Setup ==== From Office - (main toolbar) - CRM - Contacts\\ Add in each lab as a new contact, with the type 'Supplier' Enter the Lab name in the Company Name field. \\ Change the Contact Type of Company on the right to 'Supplier'\\ ==== Item Setup ==== The Items should by default have everything once added to the order. \\ The batch date and batch id from from checking off ‘Serial Required’ on the menu layout window or the Product Information window. This will prompt you to manually type in the batch and date or scan in a barcode that has the batch and date encoded.\\
