===== Offline Processing =====
Only if you have a dialup bridge can you do offline processing. If you do not have one then you can't proces offline.

===== Internet Required without Dialup Bridge =====

1. Ensure you have an internet connection by opening a browser, and going to google. This is the first thing technical support will request you do if you do not have the error code. 

===== Socket Error =====

If you receive a socket error, and have the internet working, this is probably due to NetEpay Running. Please make sure it is. 

===== Invalid Merchant - No Merchant ID =====

Your account may have issues, and you would need to contact the processor.
