Setup:

Windows Printer Setup

Your should have a label printer installed on the POS named ‘Label’
The dimensions in Printer Settings Should be 2.25 X 2
The label printer should be default

Lab Setup

From Office - (main toolbar) - CRM - Contacts
Add in each lab as a new contact, with the type 'Supplier' Enter the Lab name in the Company Name field.
Change the Contact Type of Company on the right to 'Supplier'

Item Setup

The Items should by default have everything once added to the order.
The batch date and batch id from from checking off ‘Serial Required’ on the menu layout window or the Product Information window. This will prompt you to manually type in the batch and date or scan in a barcode that has the batch and date encoded.
