Prerequisites to access menu management

Manage Strains

Add New Strains

Log in to CCS Office with administrative access.

Select the strain from the Menu Layout
Edit any feature of the strain.

Manage Price Categories

Price categories are used for managing pricing of multiple strains or other items that all have the same price.

Each line requires its own size and price, as well as a part multiplier. The part multiplier is equivalent to the number of grams. Example: 3.5 grams, the multiplier is 3.5.

For scale integration, each line must have its own size, price, and the product type should be set to 'weighted' option. Additionally the weighted price tier must be already in the system to be assigned. This is assigned from the right of the part multiplier.

Price categories can be edited later from the menu layout screen. Select a strain that has the price category to edit, then from the right side, press the 'Edit Pricing' button.

Manage Weighted Price Tiers

Weighted price tiers are used to charge specific amounts for weight increments. They are used with the price categories to control the pricing of groups of strains.
