Breaks taken by employees can be tracked in CCS. To add break time periods, go to Office Toolbar » Employees » Break Times. It is important that you check subtract from payroll so that break times are accurately subtracted from the employee's payroll. If they are not checked off they merely stand as markers that a break was taken. A snapshot of the edit break time reasons is shown in Fig 1 below:
