Only if you have a dialup bridge can you do offline processing. If you do not have one then you can't proces offline.
1. Ensure you have an internet connection by opening a browser, and going to google. This is the first thing technical support will request you do if you do not have the error code.
If you receive a socket error, and have the internet working, this is probably due to NetEpay Running. Please make sure it is.
Your account may have issues, and you would need to contact the processor.
