If for some reason your system will not start CCS, and you don't know why this may help; this is a general non-harmful solution.
If your system performed a Windows update or other software update, and you would like to fastest solution possible ( with little to know technical knowledge) then perform a windows system restore. If you do not know how to do this, go to google. Type the name of your operating system, then system restore. You will find instructions on how to do this.
