==== Steps to add a Free Menu Item ==== - Go to CCS Office-Touch >> Menu Center >> Menu Layout\\ - In the Menu Layout Grid, enter a new item such as "Free Item" and press enter\\ - In the New Product Wizard, accept the defaults and add a price line\\ - Click on Add New and Continue\\ - In the Menu Layout Grid, highlight "Free Item" and place a checkmark in Modifier Button\\ {{:office:general:discounts:freeitem-menulayout.png|}} ==== Process Free Item in Terminal ==== - Open CCS Terminal >> Enter PIN\\ - Press the "Free Item" modifier button\\ - Press this item you wish to add to the order\\ - You would now see the free item added to the order list\\ {{:office:general:discounts:freeitem-order.png|}}
