Item Return Rules:

For site's requiring a more sophisticated return policy:

The following rules can be applied to items

• Sets Items for Cash or Store Credit Only
• User Determined Number of Days to Set Rule
• Percent of Item Price to be Returned. - For items that decrease in value.

Typically only one rule group will need to be added. This group will contain the the rules.

The items in the group are the actual rules. You can see from this example, that there are two rules with setting for what management has determined appropriate for item returns.

Once these rules are created they can be set in the product information screen.
