Calendar & Unscheduled Events

CCS provides many of the same features of calendar systems such as Outlook Exchange and Goldmine. Through employee tracking, driver/tech support tracking, scheduling of orders and events, business managers can have a clear oversight of their operations. Tied in with the reporting tools the calendar provides a complete solution for running a sales force.

Calendar Tools	Description
Events:	Events are a powerful tool for CRM. They can be used for events that must be accomplished by management for regular day to day activities, or events that must be completed for contacts such as customers or suppliers. Also they can be tied to catering events and other planned events that tie to orders and labor scheduling. Using the events to tie these features together will provide a cost and workload analysis for a catering business, while tying in the ease of POS as the sales tool.
Editing Events:	The events may be edited from the day view. Select the day from the month or day view, then press the Show Day button on the toolbar. The day will show with the any listed events. Double clicking an event will bring up the event viewer.
The toolbar:	Creates new contacts, new events, moves to previous month, moves to next month, displays the current day, displays week or month and prints the calendar in day week or month format.
Calendar:	The events calendar displays events created from the terminal or office. It is used to display events in a calendar format by day, week or month. The dates displayed on the right side of the screen allow the user change date ranges easily.
The toolbar:	Creates new contacts, new events, moves to previous month, moves to next month, displays the current day, displays week or month and prints the calendar in day week or month format.
