Office Toolbar - Employee Scheduling - Scheduling
Scheduling is composed of creating a period to schedule by, then adding the employees to the schedule. If a template is used, only the employees will be selected. If no template is used, then the positions, shifts, and employees must be chosen for each detail.
Following the layout of the screen:
1. Scheduling requires a date range, a location, and a title. Titles are for simple orgnization. While locations help organize schedules that may be made for catering events or other locations.
2. Templates help generate a correctly designed schedule.
Schedule Settings Enforce Employee Clock in and out behavior. This prevents employees from clocking in too early.
The schedule period can be changed by editing them directly. Right clicking will allow the user to delete, or edit the schedule details.
