Purchase Agreement and Return Policy

Section 1: Café Cartel Systems will accept for returns of products up to 30 days after from the purchase date. All returns are subject to approval. All products must be in new condition. 15% Restocking fee will be charged.

DOA Return Policy:

If a product is delivered "dead on arrival" (DOA) or defective, you must contact Cafe Cartel Systems within 10 calendar days from shipping date. Before returning the product you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Cafe Cartel Systems within 15 calendar days from shipping date in order to allow time for return shipping. Once approved, an RMA number is valid for 30 days and shows product supplier address for "where to ship" returned products. Replacement for DOA products will be shipped to the customer once RMA number issued. If DOA Product isn’t returned back to manufacture within 15 days after RMA number was issued full cost of the Product will be charged. Café Cartel Systems covers the cost of Ground Shipping back to Supplier for DOA products.

Return labels will be provided, no scheduled pickups at the location.

DOA products will be returned to the customer under the following circumstances: a. If a product is returned missing any components sent with the original order. b. If the condition of the returned product is in any way misrepresented. c. If there is not a valid and visible RMA number. d. If a product returned on a DOA is tested as the full functioning product. If product is received over 30 days after the date the RMA number is issued.

Section 2:

NON-DOA Return Policy If you would like to return the product for any other reason you must contact Café Cartel Systems within 30 days after purchase date. A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. All the returned products must (1) be returned in its original factory packaging (2) include all CD's, manuals, cables, plastic wrapping, warranty cards, etc. (3) be clean and in factory, re-sellable condition with no scratches, dents, etc. (4) be returned "double-boxed" with no markings or writings on the original factory boxes. This includes writing, stamps or shipping labels. ie. All products must be double boxed (5) returned within 15 days after RMA # was issued (6) there will be a 15% restocking fee on returns resulting from customer error (7) customer is responsible for freight costs when returning product. If the returned item meets with the above requirements it will be accepted for refund. Products purchased as Open-Box product: must be returned in the same condition it was received.

This is your responsibility to inspect the hardware for dents, scratches or any kinds of marks as soon as you receive it.

Please make notes on the equipment verification form under “Notes about Open Box Hardware” and email it to Café Cartel Systems – ticket@cafecartel.com. No returns after 30 days. After 30 days the product manufacturer's warranty shall prevail. A claim for products damaged in transit must be received within 7 calendar days from the day product was received.

Section 3:

Products we will NOT accept for return: HARDWARE: Original box is missing or damaged. Any/all packaging/manuals/materials or accessories are missing or damaged ? Serial numbers do not match the referenced invoice: Referencing RMA number is not included with the return. Product received after 30 days of RMA number issued. SOFTWARE & SUPPORT ? No returns or refunds are available for any software products. ? No returns or refunds are available for any support services After 30 days the product manufacturer's warranty shall prevail.

Amendments: Cafe Cartel Systems is committed to fully satisfying your needs and wants your full satisfaction. If at anytime prior to our arrival at your location for installation, you desire to amend the system outlined in the agreement, please contact your representative or our office and a staff member will be available to assist you.
