Item Setup

Grow tracking is quite simple in CCS. It uses the existing setup of your inventory items, with a minor modification to each you want to track.

The easiest way to setup your strains is to bring up the product search window, then input 'Medicine' in the style field. If you don't see the style field, edit the field list from the toolbar - column settings.

If you wish to keep each item as a batch, then you can add new items into your inventory system, so that you have one new strain for each batch. If you choose this method you would want to print barcodes for each item, and scan them, instead of using the touch screen menu.
