====== Back Up Data ====== CCS has two options for backup, on site and off site. These are both reviewed in two sections. ===== On Site Backup ===== CCS will backup the Database files on a day to day basis. This is set from the Office - Control Panel - Daily Report Section. The option to check off is SQL Server Backup. The database is backed up to the "C:\Backups" folder. This backs up to the same computer that runs CCS. It's important to put this data on another storage device regularly. <note tip>Overtime the backups will begin to take up a large amount of space on your hard drive. It's important to delete the backups. Each backup file contains the full data from the database, so it's okay to delete the older backups.</note> ===== Off Site Backup ===== If you do not have an online solution, you should have one. The cost of loosing your data is significantly higher than the low cost of online backup. <note tip>Please contact CCS Support to have your Online Backup solution setup.</note>
