CCS Point of Sale

Recalling Orders in the Point of Sale Terminal

Recalling orders is for orders on hold for payment. Examples of this would be dry cleaning orders. Or if for some reason an order is placed on hold, to reserve a product.

Searching for Orders

Orders can be searched by the order number provided at the time of order initiation. Also, for convenience a customer may provide their name, or account number to find all outstanding orders for Recall.

The orders will be displayed in the list below after typing into the field and pressing enter.

Printing Orders on Recall

Orders for Recall can be printed as a list, or printed individual orders. This can be helpful for managers who need to look up the details of an order, or to print projections of pick ups.

Opening Orders on Recall

After an order is located by searching, the order can be selected from the list. Use the toolbar option “Open Order” to open the order for editing, review, and accepting payment.
