Frozen Yogurt | Toppings Inventory Tally

Inventory tally is the method used to track inventory of toppings, fruit, wet and dry items. This is done to accommodate the fact that when selling by the ounce, you can not determine the amount of toppings and yogurt used in the sale.

In the POS Terminal we can run tally transactions that increase and decrease your item's inventory.

This document assumes you have done menu item entry, you know basic CCS Navigation, and you have lists of inventory items you would like to input.
