====== Emailing Reports ====== Reports can be emailed daily, and can be emailed as requested. * There is a primary emailing email, this email is used to send. * There is a primary receiving email, this email for the default receiving address. ===== To setup the emailing ===== ==== Step 1 ==== Go to Control Panel - Daily Reports.\\ 1. SMTP Port = 587\\ 2. Set the Enable = True\\ 3. Enter the desired Email Closing Report and Alert Addresses. \\ ==== Step 2 ==== After this, you will be prompted to put in the sender address. The Company Info window will pop up. \\ In the Company Info window. Enter 1. Email\\ 2. Password\\ 3. SMTP Server - if using gmail smtp.gmail.com\\
