====== Emailing Reports ====== Reports can be emailed daily, and can be emailed as requested. * There is a primary emailing email, this email is used to send. * There is a primary receiving email, this email for the default receiving address. ===== To setup the emailing ===== ==== Step 1 ==== From Office - Control Panel - Daily Reports.\\ 1. SMTP Port = 587\\ 2. Set the Enable = True\\ 3. Enter the desired Email Closing Report and Alert Addresses - The email address reports are to be sent too. \\ {{:guides:general:reports:email:emailsetup1.png|}} ==== Step 2 ==== After this, you will be prompted to put in the sender address. The Company Info window will pop up. \\ In the Company Info window. Enter 1. Email - Email address emails are sent from.\\ 2. Email Password\\ 3. SMTP Server - if using gmail smtp.gmail.com\\ {{:guides:general:reports:email:emailsetup2.png|}} ==== Things you can Email: ==== * Payroll Report - From the Payroll Section - Main Toolbar - Export - Email * Reporting - From Reporting & Analysis - Press 'Email Report' * Nightly Reports - This will occur automatically once you place a 'Send email' Address in Daily Reports * Receipts * Void Alters
