Sales and Customer Relations Management

Sales & Customer is based on tracking certain features of each contact. These features are explained here for initial setup. Here you lay out the course of sales cycle and business processes, and import them into CCS, so that you can take advantage of the contact management reports and services.

Sales Reps, Managers, Operations Reps and Billers

Multiple types of employees can be associated with the contact. These representatives are used to help track the customers using several reporting tools.

Event Reports can be displayed based on the customer's assigned representative for Sales Reps. If a manager is logged on an Event Report will pull all records where the Sales Manager matches the current manager.

Multiple contacts that share a same account will be displayed in searches by typing in the account number in the contact form.

Sales and Lead Tracking are maintained by the contact form.

Accounts marked as Invoiced Accounts will show up on invoicing lists.

Credit card features can be stored safely in the encrypted database. If you store credit card numbers they can be moved here.

Import Contacts:

CCS will import contacts from outlook or Excel and CSV Files. If another source is required, contact ccs.

Medical Device Retailer:

Medical Device Retailers have additional features for contacts and events that other Retail Sales systems don't have. These features are described here.

==== Patients: ====

Patients are the primary contact types used in MDR. Each new customer should be saved as a patient. This alerts the system to display more information for the contact.

==== Doctors: ====

Doctor's should be saved as the default contact type in the system named “Doctor”. This allows them to be added to the doctor field in the patient contacts.

==== Insurance Companies: ====

Insurance companies should be saved as insurance companies. This will help them be found and allows them to be assigned in the insurance company fields in the patient contacts.

==== Residence Types: ====

These identify if the patient is in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Retirement Home etc.

==== Insurance Codes: ====

Allowable: Each product can have an allowable that is store separately from the retail amount in the transaction. HCPS: These codes are stored in Inventory when the system is set to be a MDR system. ICD9 Codes: ICD9 Codes are stored in the Patient contacts screen only.
