-To do this go to CCS Office-Touch >> CRM >> New Contact >> Name the Contact "Donation" and assign a contact type of client.
-Assign the card to a contact named "Donation/Giveaway." Open CCS Terminal >> From the Menu Screen click on "Find Customer."
-Text search for the customer name and click on select.
-Assign contact to the order
-To keep in track of these cards, you can go to CCS Office >> CRM_Promotions >> Gift Cards >> Gift Cards & Certificates
-You can then see the gift cards that have been donated based on the contact name "Donation/Giveaway."
-You can then export it to excel if you have MS Excel installed on your computer from File >> Export to CSV or Excel.
